About Jacqueline Ava Osmanski

After building a successful real estate career in Ontario, Jackie Osmanski has brought her business to Edmonton, now serving the city and surrounding communities as a REALTOR® with Royal LePage Noralta. In her first year working as a solo agent, she closed more than 25 transactions, a pace most agents take years to reach.

Jackie is a city girl at heart, born and raised in Toronto. Before real estate, she spent several years managing a Farm Boy grocery store, leading a team, solving problems on the spot, and keeping customers happy under pressure. Those same skills show up today in how she negotiates offers and guides her clients through every stage of a purchase or sale.

Her move into real estate came after becoming a mother. She wanted a career that let her build something of her own, create financial independence, and still be fully present for her family. Real estate gave her all three, and that sense of purpose still drives how she works.

Jackie specializes in first-time buyers, residential, and rural properties across Edmonton and the surrounding area. Her approach with clients is personal and honest. She takes the time to understand what someone actually wants, walks them through every option clearly, and tells them the truth even when it isn't what they hoped to hear. Clients leave the process knowing she was genuinely in their corner from the first conversation through closing, and beyond.

Over the next few years, Jackie's goal is straightforward: become one of Edmonton's top producing REALTORS®, known as much for her communication and follow-through as her results.

When she's not working, Jackie is a diehard Toronto Blue Jays fan and spends her time with her daughter and her two dogs.
